Parkwood Homes is no stranger to Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) like what is found all throughout Daybreak. Their roots go back to one of the original TND Communities called the Kentlands located in Gaithersburg, Maryland near Washington D.C. Parkwood’s initial offering in Daybreak will begin with 9 choice lots on the Southwest corner of Oquirrh Lake—the last such lots available adjacent to the lake.
