This info-center-meets-community-gathering-space has so much more than Daybreak details (though it has plenty of those.) It has lawn games, an outdoor amphitheater, a treat stand — even a boat house where residents can check out a watercraft.

Kara Allen knows Daybreak. Not only is she our Info Studio extraordinaire, she lives in Daybreak too. (For 6 years, in fact.) Which makes her extra qualified to tell you all about it. When she’s not walking her dog around the community or jumping on her paddleboard for an evening trip around Oquirrh Lake, she’s happy to answer any questions you may have about the life, homes and happy you’ll find here.
Soda lovers rejoice: the Cove House will be home to its very own Swig, which means Dirty Sodas™, Refreshers, Revivers, and delicious cookies will be waiting for you before you take a tour. Or after. But why not both?
Once you’ve gotten your fill at the Cove House, it’s time to get touring. And you won’t have to go far: Watermark Village has 21 models to tour, 18 of which are brand new. Be sure to wear some comfy shoes because there are many more models to tour across the community.
For a real taste of what life at Daybreak is like, why not stop by SoDa Row for lunch, take a long walk around The Loop, see what’s happening at The Spoke and enjoy a few peaceful moments by the Watercourse.
