What's Happening

Sego Homes began construction on a special Sky Terrace townhome near SoDa Row. When this home sells, Sego and its trade partners will donate net proceeds to the nonprofit Homes for Hope. As a result, the sale will fuel small-business loans and training for families working to rise out of poverty.

How Homes for Hope works

Here’s the model: the builder, together with trades, suppliers, and subcontractors, donates as much of the construction cost as possible. Then, once the home sells, the net proceeds go directly to Homes for Hope to fund micro‑enterprise programs worldwide.

Projected impact

Big picture: The Sky Terrace sale could help up to 1,500 families through small loans and business training—creating durable, local opportunity.
