What's Happening

At Daybreak, we love getting to know our neighbors.  And we’re thrilled to welcome some brand new ones to SoDa Row beginning in March.
First up is Keller Williams Realty Group – who will open a new office at SoDa Row.  Klair Gunn with Keller Williams is pleased to bring local expertise to our community.  One in every six new homes sold in Utah is sold at Daybreak, and Keller Williams is excited to keep the momentum going.  So stop in and introduce yourself to Klair and her team if you’re interested in moving up, down-sizing or “just curious.”  They’ll be pleased to help you out and show you down some new paths at Daybreak.
Hungry?  You are in luck.  In April, Granato’s Deli will open up its fourth Utah location at SoDa Row.  Proudly family owned and operated for three generations, Granato’s Deli serves up authentic Italian and Mediterranean food and imported specialties such as tasty olive oils, vinegars, pastas, coffee and sweets.  And if you’re on the way home from a crazy day and need something delicious to pop in the oven quickly, Granato’s proudly offers  “take and bake” meals such as manicotti, chicken parmesan, lasagna and tortellini.   Made-from-scratch, and based on Granato’s traditional family recipes, you’ll be in for a taste of La Dolce Vita in your very own kitchen, with no pots and pans to soak afterward!  Devotees cannot get enough of their sandwiches and subs – come grab a picnic lunch, take it to the lake and settle in.  Mangia!

In May, you’ll want to stop by and freshen up your spring wardrobe at Nest Boutique.  A Daybreak resident, Nest’s owner Brittany Allen is thrilled to be living and working here.  When she and her husband were first looking for a place to live, they wanted a place with a strong sense of community and found it here at Daybreak.  Brittany is looking forward to sharing her hand-selected women’s fashion and home décor items with you.  With a wide variety of delightful merchandise to fit every budget, Nest Boutique offers something for everyone.  So after you’ve done some spring cleaning, pop in to Nest Boutique for a cheerful, new decorative pillow or a fun statement necklace.  Ride your bike home afterward.  Retail therapy complete.

With warmer weather ahead and new places and spaces to check out, everyone can catch a little spring fever, right here at SoDa Row. Save me a seat, and a sandwich.
