Here’s the first look at what’s coming to Watermark Village: a new community pool and an expanded stretch of The Watercourse, designed to bring even more fun, connection and outdoor adventure to the neighborhood
Located along the next phase of The Watercourse, this new gathering place will have something for everyone. Spend a sunny day by the pool, challenge your neighbors to a game of sand volleyball, gather around the fire pits as the evening cools down or simply take it easy in the hot tub or sauna.
And yes, the hot tub and saunas will be open year-round! That means for the first time in Daybreak, you can enjoy a water amenity in every season—from sunny summer afternoons to crisp winter days.
What’s Coming
The new pool and Watercourse expansion will feature:
- Community pool
- Hot tub
- Saunas overlooking The Watercourse
- Expanded Watercourse and open space
- Sand volleyball court
- Fire pits
It’s another place to meet up, get outside, relax, play a little longer, and make the most of your day. Because around here, some of the best moments are the ones that weren’t really planned.
