Sego Homes recently begun construction on a very special Sky Terrace townhome in Daybreak’s SoDa Row. When this townhome is sold, the profits from the home will benefit the non-profit, Homes for Hope.
According to the Homes for Hope website, “To build a Home for Hope, the builder of the home, along with their trades, suppliers, & subcontractors, join together to donate as much of the cost of the home as they can, maximizing the profit of the home. Once the home is sold, the net proceeds are donated to Homes for Hope to help fight poverty around the world.”
It is anticipated that the proceeds from the sale of the Sky Terrace townhome will provide small loans and business training for up to 1,500 families living in poverty in third world countries.
