What's Happening

It’s official. In Daybreak’s Creekside Village, you now have all sorts of new choices for where to live, how to live, how to play and even how to get around.
Creekside 1
Creekside has introduced dozens of new homesites. They’re closer to the TRAX North Station, which makes it easy to walk out the front door in the morning and catch light rail into downtown. They also put you (and the kids) just a hop, skip and a jump from the site of two future public schools — a K-6 elementary and a 7-9 middle school — as well as the Bingham Creek Preserve, a big stretch of nature filled with rugged biking trails and untold adventures.
Final Creekside
Speaking of cool adventures, a brand-new neighborhood pool will open in Creekside in time for you to take the plunge next summer.
Daybreak 2007
And speaking of taking the plunge, Creekside currently has a variety of homes ready for quick move-in.
Get directions to the Glass House information center, where you can start your tour of Creekside and its 12 model homes.
