There’s a lot we can do now with technology, including finding a new home. For years Daybreak builders have been using a variety of virtual home shopping tools available to them that allow for you to shop for (and even purchase) your next home from the comfort and safety of your current home should you choose to do so. Here’s are the steps:
Homefinder
Use our homefinder tool to explore all our floor plans and available quick move-in homes. You’ll find literally dozens upon dozens of them, so make good use of the search filters to narrow your search.
3D Tours & Virtual Reality
While using the homefinder tool, you may see several floor plans or quick move-in homes that offer a 3D tour. The 3D tours allow you to have a fully immersive experience from the comfort of your home.
If you have a Google Cardboard or Samsung Gear VR you can turn the 3D tours into a virtual reality experience. (Even your kids would love this activity.) Simply click the “View in VR” button on the bottom right corner of each applicable tour.
Virtual Home Shopping Appointments & Walk-throughs
Once you find “the one” get in touch with the builder and let them know how you’d like to experience it. Using Skype or Facetime, your builder can take you on a personalized walk-through, answering your questions in real time.
