The Hub: Daybreak's new info studio and whole lot more

The Hub is the place to start your Daybreak tour and learn about Highland Park, a whole new side of Daybreak. It is also home to a chef’s garden, community pool and Biscotts Bakery & Cafe’. It is quickly becoming a key destination for visitors and residents alike. So, stop by, grab a treat and find your next home.

Info Studio

We know that finding a new home for your family can sometimes seem overwhelming. However, we are here to help!

Stop by our new info studio Monday-Saturday 10-6. Our community specialists will listen to your needs and answer any questions you have about the community or building a new home.

Biscotts Bakery & Cafe’

Inside The Hub, turn left and you’ll see the new info studio (and possibly your new home). Turn right and you’ll find yourself in Biscotts, a pastry and chai house, modeled after the chai houses in London.  Biscotts celebrates food from around the world. Serving sandwiches, smoothies and several varieties of the best chai tea you’ve ever tasted.

The Hub is located at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Holly Springs Road in Upper Daybreak (6172 W. Lake Avenue South Jordan), adjacent to the Highland Park Model Homes.
