The Cottage Court homes offer a mixture of 2 story and main floor master bedroom plans and currently include FINISHED basements on most floor plans. These homes are charming and cottage-y on the outside, with wide-open floor plans on the inside. Homes start in the upper $200s.
Located in the quiet Heights Park neighborhood, the home sites provide not only great views from its hilltop location, but also quick (and mostly downhill) access to Oquirrh Lake and SoDa Row. A future elementary school site is adjacent to the home sites and the North TRAX Station is a short bike ride away.
