What's Happening

Holiday happiness is just around the corner and in honor of the season’s spirit—Project Elf is back! Sponsored annually by the LiveDAYBREAK Community Council, and supported by our amazing residents and friends, Project Elf is a charity drive that helps provide gifts for children at Christmas Box House emergency shelters.

Each holiday season, The Christmas Box International (CBI) helps to stock Santa’s sleigh for several populations of abused and neglected children, teens and young adults in our community.  To participate, simply stop by the Daybreak Community Center, Daybreak Community Association Office (HOA) or the Glass House Information Center and pick out an ornament (or two, or three, how about four?) from the Project Elf tree. Shop for the gifts and return them to the community center by December 5th. LiveDAYBREAK staff will wrap them and take care of the rest!
For more information on the Project Elf program and to learn more about the incredible work CBI is doing in our community and around the world, visit their website at thechristmasboxhouse.org.
