Two standout homes made a major impression at the 2016 Salt Lake Parade of Homes in Daybreak: a Magnolia‑styled Rainey Homes hillside beauty and a modern rooftop‑deck townhome from Sego Homes’ Sky Terrace Collection.
Rainey Homes — Magnolia Home Styling + Hillside Views
Rainey Homes’ Parade entry sat high in Heights Park Village with sweeping views of Oquirrh Lake and the Wasatch Range, fully furnished with Magnolia Home decor from Joanna and Chip Gaines.
It earned Best of Architecture and Best Interior Design in its category.
Sego Homes — Sky Terrace “Cozumel” Rooftop Deck Townhome
The second Parade entry was Sego Homes’ “Cozumel” floor plan from the Sky Terrace Collection. This modern townhome featured a full rooftop deck with 360° views—perfect for watching SoDa Row concerts a short walk away.
Sky Terrace townhomes started in the $200s at the time and were later opened as model homes.
