We were very busy this year opening several new model home parks. If you were busy too and haven’t had a chance to stop by yet, we’ll forgive you.

The new Heights Park models opened earlier this summer with 12 all new model homes. And the best part of home shopping at Heights Park, all of the model homes are on the same block. Choose from homes built by Ivory Homes, Destination Homes, David Weekley Homes, Holmes Homes and Rainey Homes.

Heights Park is one of the last opportunities to live near the lake, SoDa Row, Oquirrh Lake, and the brand-new Lake Avenue Park.

We’re open Monday-Saturday from 10-6, and we’d love for you to stop in, get inspired and say hello. Or if you need a little more time, you can “pin” your favorite Daybreak home by following the Daybreak Pinterest board.
