What's Happening

Join us as we open SpringHouse Village, Daybreak’s 55+ neighborhood. Tour model homes, meet the team, and preview the Spring House community center concept—then explore nearby parks & trails and Oquirrh Lake. Because this is a launch celebration, expect festive touches like treats, music, and helpful guides stationed along the route.

What to expect

Touring model homes

Compare layouts and finishes side by side. We recommend starting at the Daybreak Information Center for maps and builder lineups, then walking or driving the short loop to each model. Meanwhile, check the Model Homes page for active floorplans.

  • Look for main‑floor living and low‑maintenance exteriors that suit right‑sizing.
  • Ask about options for wider doors, low‑threshold showers, and other accessibility features.
  • Verify HOA services such as landscape care and snow removal.
