Parade of Homes 2012—Don’t miss our best one yet
We’ll just say it: here in Daybreak we have the best homebuilders in all of Utah. But even knowing that, we are so impressed with the new homes they’ve built for the 2012 Parade of Homes (see photos at the bottom). Seriously, do not miss touring these homes:
Bangerter Homes
Bangerter is getting tons of press for its DIY Blogger House. Bangerter brought in an interior designer and five of the region’s top do-it-yourself bloggers to create a home that celebrates the good life and the DIY spirit. Check out videos and posts from the bloggers.
Destination Homes
A very special single-family home, emphasis on the “family.” Inside, the home is open and airy. Outside, there’s a generous, kid-friendly yard. Perhaps the best part: the home is situated on a circular street, like a large cul-de-sac, with a big circular park in the middle.
Garbett Homes
Garbett is back with another of its solar-powered wonder homes. This newest member of Garbett’s Solaris Collection brings together contemporary and traditional flavors to create a uniquely delicious home. Oh, and its HERS energy score? An impressive, money-saving 38.
Ivory Homes
Ivory Homes has completely re-designed its Condominiums in Daybreak’s Garden Park Village, which is just for people age 55+. Ivory’s Parade home across the street from the Garden Club and shows off just how open, flowing and easy life in Garden Park can be.
Rainey Homes
To anyone who loves Craftsman architecture and Mission-style furniture: prepare to feel like a kid in a candy shop. This home, with its gourmet kitchen and sprawling family room, is dripping in period details. The home is already sold. But don’t worry. Rainey will be happy to make one just for you.
Richmond American Homes
With this home, Richmond is introducing an all-new collection of single-family homes exclusively in Daybreak and designed to give families plenty of room to grow, including fabulous outdoor spaces with spectacular mountain views.
Sego Homes
One of the coolest town homes you’ll ever see, from its elegant urban styling to its righteous garage/man-cave. And every Sego town home (not just the Parade home) is walking distance to shopping, dining and TRAX light rail.

There are lots of places where you can go look at houses for sale in Utah, but not many places where you’ll find the innovation and the eclectic mix of Daybreak.
