What do Daybreak’s builder incentives and ready-now homes have in common? You have to get them both before they are gone. Save on ready-now homes. >

What's Happening

The Parade of Homes is in full swing! Don’t miss out on your chance to visit the Parade homes while they are still open. {Parade closes August 18.}
One of the most talked about homes on the Salt Lake Parade of Homes is the Daybreak DIY Blogger House built by Bangerter Homes. Over 3,000 people toured the home during the first two weeks of the Parade.
Five local Utah Bloggers teamed up with designer Brian Clark to create something truly remarkable by infusing the DIY spirit into new homes, something that’s never really been attempted before in an organized way.
To start, they took a space and in true DYI style did much of the work themselves. Jenn, author of the blog Tater Tots and Jello, has made her space her own by hand painting the rug.
Shelly, author of the blog The House Of Smiths, is also known for her pantry innovation.
The Idea Room author, Amy, worked on the Mud Room to make a space truly unique with a barn door.
Char, author of Crap I’ve Made, & Laura, from Less Cake More Frosting, teamed up to work on the bedrooms.
These are all amazing and you don’t want to miss!
Leanne, author of the blog “Organize Your Stuff Now“,  loves attending the Parade of Homes because, “I love getting great ideas on projects to make in my own home”.
