What's Happening

Meet Lavanya. She’s the owner and heart behind Biscotts Café inside The Hub—the bright community building by the Highland Park Pool. Because Lavanya built Biscotts around hospitality, craft, and community, the café has become a go‑to stop for coffee dates, post‑swim treats, and quick meet‑ups along Daybreak’s paths.

Biscotts Café

Owner spotlight: Lavanya

Her “why”

Lavanya set out to create a welcoming, walk‑in café where neighbors can slow down, connect, and enjoy fresh bakes without leaving the neighborhood. Consequently, Biscotts feels intentionally local and delightfully personal.

Craft first

She emphasizes balanced flavors, dependable espresso, and a pastry case that changes with the seasons. In short, quality ingredients and repeatable technique drive the menu.

Community at the core

From stocking Daybreak Honey (when available) to cheering on neighborhood events, Lavanya uses the café as a hub for everyday connection.

“We built Biscotts for quick hellos that turn into real conversations. Great coffee helps.” — Lavanya
