Need something a little smaller, but with the same attention to detail? Destination Homes also offers their Hartford Series in Highland Park starting in the high $300s.

The Watercourse

The Watercourse may be Daybreak’s boldest feature yet. It’s a series of waterways that you can walk along, picnic beside and even paddleboard on. Eventually it’s planned to wind its way throughout the Upper Villages, leading to a small lake and community gathering place called the Cove. Learn more about the Watercourse, here.

Make an Appointment

You’re welcome to come out on a whim to see the sights and tour model homes. But understand that some model homes will be open by appointment only and all model homes will be limiting the number of visitors at any one time. We recommend you call the builder prior to coming out. Phone numbers can be found on every floor plan listing. Learn more about our safe approach to home shopping, here.

And while we would love to see your smile as you tour your future home, please remember to bring a mask to comply with Salt Lake County health mandates.
