What's Happening

The Watercourse is calling all paddle-boarding lovers and kayak-rowing crusaders to venture down its crystal blue waters. As the defining feature of the Upper Villages in Daybreak. It is more than water. It’s a series of waterside trails, plantings, parks and gathering places.

A key feature of the Watercourse is The Cove, where the new Cove House will reside. Designed to foster a deep connection to nature through thoughtful architecture and design, the Cove House will provide the community with a place to gather, relax, or explore along the shores of The Watercourse. The Cove House isn’t one thing: it’s a multi-purpose space with an indoor/outdoor community living room, a new Daybreak Info Studio, a watercraft checkout, and various ancillary outdoor amenities.

Now what’s truly amazing about the Watercourse is that it’s actually part of Daybreak’s water conservation plan. You see, the Watercourse is designed to capture and filter stormwater and serve as a reservoir for our secondary water. We’ve always felt that what’s good for the planet is good for us, too. And the Watercourse is just another example.
