You know those people who love surprises but can’t keep a secret? Right now, that’s us. Over the next few weeks we will launch Daybreak’s newest neighborhood, Cascade Village, with the unveiling of new construction homes in the Watergarden Home Gallery. We could wait until then to reveal anything about the new homes that are coming. But we’re so excited, we just have to tell you about them. At least a little.
Here’s the first thing you need to know if you don’t already. Daybreak doesn’t like to sit on its design laurels. We’re kind of like your favorite mobile phone maker. We and our Daybreak homebuilders are continually looking at ways to improve. So with every new generation, the homes at Daybreak get a little smarter. More pleasing to look at. More gratifying to live in.
Also, it’s important to understand that at this moment, high demand for new homes means that our builders have waitlists (in some cases, long ones) of people wanting to buy a home. So if you’re interested in a new construction home in Cascade or any of our other villages, contact your preferred Daybreak homebuilders right away to learn more about availability and reserve a place on their list.
Regarding Cascade Village
There’s one more thing you should know before we talk about the homes. (We’re not stalling; this is important.) Our new Cascade Village is shaping up to be quite a place.
Tucked just south of Highland Park Village, Cascade Village will get you close to the coming Watercourse canal network. Close to the new Aspen Elementary School, which starts classes this fall. Close to The Hub, with its community pool and neighborhood café. And close to The Spoke, our pedaltastic new bike park that opens this summer. And of course the pleasures of Oquirrh Lake and the flavors of SoDa Row and the awesomeness of TRAX light rail are just a couple miles down the trail network that we call the Loop.
In other words, every home in Cascade Village comes with all the goodness of Daybreak.
Now about those new construction homes
The 19 model homes of our Watergarden Home Gallery represent ten distinctive new home collections from six of Daybreak’s homebuilders. And quite the diverse and delightful home gallery it is.
As we said at the beginning, the new construction homes of Cascade Village are the next evolution of the Daybreak approach to function and form, liveability and loveliness. In our Watergarden Home Gallery, you’ll find fresh interpretations of some of Salt Lake’s most enchanting classic homestyles — Dutch Colonial, Carpenter Gothic, Victorian Farmhouse — as well as some sleek contemporary architecture.
And you’ll discover ideas that respond to life today: thoughtful outdoor spaces, options for double offices, kids’ study rooms and Zoom rooms. And of course the latest technology for connected living.
So without further ado …
