Oquirrh Lake
Daybreak’s 67‑acre freshwater lake is the community’s signature amenity. Residents and their guests can enjoy non‑motorized boating, fishing (where posted), lakeside paths, and abundant wildlife. The Cove & Lookout Park
At the heart of The Watercourse, The Cove and adjacent parks offer gathering spaces, a community living‑room vibe, and shoreline access. It’s a natural launch point for walks, SUPs, and community events.
Daybreak Community Center (DCC)
The Daybreak Community Center anchors everyday wellness with a fitness center, gymnasium, indoor track, group classes, and an outdoor pool. It also hosts programs, youth activities, and community meetups just steps from neighborhood trails.
Pools & Splash
