Daybreak residents are enjoying their new hangout spot next to Oquirrh lake–The Beach Club at SoDa Row. The new Daybreak amenity is the permanent spot where residents can check out a canoe, kayak, sail boat or SUP and launch it from a brand new zero entry sandy beach. (Remember to bring your Daybreak resident card!)
In addition to the new beach and boathouse, an observation deck complete with various seating areas has been added at street level creating a great spot to relax and take in the views and the gentle breezes off the lake. It is the perfect spot to take a break if you’re walking off dinner or Rockwell Ice cream after a visit to SoDa Row (you’re welcome).
The Beach Club at SoDa Row is adjacent to the new Marina View townhomes by Ivory Homes being constructed on the north side of the Harbor directly across the street from the Rio Tinto Regional Center at Kestrel Rise Rd. and Daybreak Parkway.
