Top-Selling Master-Planned Community

RCLCO has conducted a national survey identifying the top-selling master planned communities in the United States since 1994. Since the community was established in 2004, Daybreak has ranked in the Top 20 communities in the survey multiple times. The recent Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities report, released in July 2022, ranks Daybreak at #20 in the nation and #1 in Utah, based on total home sales.
