The Great Big GRAND Opening
First, we celebrated two milestones on the same day: the debut of The Cove House and the reveal of 18 model homes in Watermark Village.
Next, guests explored streets that wind beside the Watercourse. The architecture felt familiar to Daybreak fans—porches, varied rooflines, and human‑scaled blocks.
Here’s what you’ll find as you tour:

This Is How We Daybreak
Meanwhile, the grand opening felt like a neighborhood party. Food trucks lined the street. Kids tried mini‑golf and swapped friendship bracelets. Families posed for photos celebrating Daybreak’s 20th anniversary.
Moreover, little ones built mini boats and floated them in the Watercourse. A visit from Bumble the Bee brought Salt Lake Bees spirit to the crowd.

The Cove House + Swig!
There’s even more to love at the Cove House: a brand‑new Swig location—home of our signature drink, The Daybreaker. It blends a Fresca base with lemonade, peach, raspberry, fresh lemon, and a creamy coconut finish—served exclusively at the Cove House Swig.
