Smart ways to use your account
Compare floor plans
Open two or three favorite plans side‑by‑side. Note square footage, bedroom count, and storage. If you’re browsing QMI homes, check for included features and estimated completion dates.
Share & shortlist
Send your picks to a partner, parent, or agent to get aligned quickly. Narrow the list to 3–5 finalists, then schedule tours the same day.
Plan your day in Daybreak
Group nearby homes, then map an efficient route around villages & districts. Add breaks at Downtown Daybreak or SoDa Row for coffee, lunch, or a quick stroll along amenities.
Next steps: explore Daybreak

- See where you’ll spend weekends: Frequently Asked Questions and shopping & dining.
Resident access vs. shopper account (what’s the difference?)
Your DaybreakUtah.com account is for home shopping (saving and sharing listings). If you are already a resident and want to access community amenities, you’ll use the HOA systems instead:
- RecDesk: Create a RecDesk account for amenity registration and select reservations.
- Mobile access: After HOA approval, download the Kisi mobile access app to enter select facilities (for example, pools when in season).
- Need help? Start with the HOA’s Daybreak 101 and Amenities hub for current steps, timing, and ID requirements.
