What's Happening

With more than 4,126 acres to enjoy at Daybreak no wonder our residents always have something fun to enjoy. The adventures really are limitless, but here’s our top 10 list of things to do at Daybreak.
1. Explore Parks, Playgrounds and Pools
There are literally dozens of playgrounds to explore and tons of green space to enjoy. But what the numbers don’t tell you is how creative the parks are. For example, the new park in Creekside Village has a zip line, an amazing rock-climbing area and a real creek that kids can wade in. In the summer or after school the playgrounds are some of the busiest places in our community. And for cooling off during the hot summer months there are two pools to enjoy. Guests’ passes are available at the Daybreak Community Center, so bring your friends.

Oquirrh Lake is the centerpiece, the defining feature of Daybreak. It is 67-acres of freshwater perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding or even to go sailing.
If you live here, you can even borrow a canoe or kayak for free. And don’t forget there are plenty of fish for you to catch in the lake.
