What's Happening

Let’s face it, Daybreak is built for biking. The homes are mixed right in with all sorts of things that make life simpler and more flavorful. Community gardens and good schools. Places to shop. Restaurants, offices, swimming pools, tennis courts, sports fields, parks, parks and more parks. All connected by more than 30 miles of walking/biking trails. And in the middle, a 67-acre freshwater lake.
The result? A unique way of living that includes less driving and more walking or biking, more socializing, more fresh air.

Coming in August, Daybreak will add a new tenant to its SoDa Row lineup that shares our enthusiasm for outdoor recreation–eSpokes. eSpokes is a unique bike shop dedicated to providing the entire family with an outstanding bike experience.  The eSpokes store is one of the only bike stores in Utah that offers a complete line of electric and conventional bikes for the entire family; including road, mountain, fitness, commuter, urban, and cruisers. This will be eSpokes second location, they currently have a store in St. George to take advantage of the great weather in Utah’s Dixie. The owners saw a unique opportunity  to open a second location here due to the Community’s bike friendly design, extensive trail network, and thriving bike culture.
In addition to its retail space, eSpokes will offer full bike repair and are equipped to fix pretty much anything with a wheel including your jogging stroller that always seems to get a flat tire.
Want to explore Daybreak by bike, but aren’t ready to purchase a bike? No, problem. eSpokes will offer bike rental out of its SoDa Row location. It will be an affordable and convenient way to enjoy the great outdoors whether you are an avid cyclist or just want to go for a leisurely bike ride with your family around Oquirrh Lake.
eSpokes will be located just south of The Nest Boutique on the East side of SoDa Row, watch for a grand opening announcement in August.
