  • Phase 2
    • In early 2026, construction will begin on a vibrant street that connects Phase 1 of Downtown Daybreak to the broader residential neighborhood. This street will feature townhome options and a neighborhood pocket park along Center Field Drive.
      • The initial phase includes 31 townhomes at the intersection of Grandville Avenue and Center Field Drive.
      • A variety of floor plans will be available, including live/work units that allow for retail space on the ground floor.
