Oquirrh Lake & SoDa Row
Oquirrh Lake anchors Daybreak life with miles of shoreline paths, boat docks, and scenic outlooks. Just up the hill, SoDa Row offers local dining, shops, and services in a walkable setting.
Parks & trails everywhere
From neighborhood pocket parks to big destination spaces, parks are always a short walk away. Trails connect homes to schools, SoDa Row, and the lake.
Big promises coming
The Watercourse (under construction)
The Watercourse introduces a series of channels and ponds in Daybreak’s Upper Villages. Picture tranquil overlooks, bridges, and new parks stitched into the shoreline.
The Spoke & Velosolutions pump track (coming this summer)
The Spoke will be a hub for riders, skaters, and scooters. Plans include a world‑class Velosolutions pump track, skills features, and easy access to trails.
Downtown Daybreak & North Shore Market
Daybreak’s future town center adds new reasons to linger, including the North Shore Market by the lake with spots for food, friends, and fun.
Harmons Grocery — coming to Daybreak
A new Harmons is planned in the area, bringing fresh food, local products, and a lively community gathering place.
Villages: where growth is focused now
Heights Park & Lower Villages
Classic streetscapes close to Oquirrh Lake and SoDa Row. Final homes release periodically—watch for “last chance” opportunities.
Upper Villages (near The Watercourse)
