Cupbop Grand Opening. Big, Bold and Beautiful New Eats on SoDa Row.
Written By: Elizabeth Gray
The highly anticipated grand opening of CupBop in SoDa Row was one for the books. On opening day, the team served more than 1,000 “bops”, selling out of Korean-style BBQ bowls in record time.
Even better, the Daybreak location introduced an exclusive menu item: the Ugly Pop Bop — Korean fried chicken with four specialty sauces (hot chilli, sweet chilli, soy bacon, and butter garlic) over rice or noodles. It’s a bold, only-in-Daybreak twist.
Hours & what’s on the menu
Stop by any day — CupBop is open 11:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.. Build your bowl with beef, pork, chicken, or vegetarian options, custom sauces, and rice or traditional Korean noodles.
