Trail Crossing Shopping Center Opening Soon

Daybreak is growing. Coming summer 2016, Trail Crossing Shopping Center will open at the intersection of Mountain View Corridor & Daybreak Parkway. A 124,000 sq. ft. Smith’s Marketplace will anchor the shopping center, with other businesses being announced at a later date. This new development will begin Daybreak’s commercial and residential focus on the areas along Mountain View Corridor. And will complement the growth occurring in the Southwest corner of the Salt Lake Valley.

Building a Smith’s Marketplace store in Daybreak is an opportunity to connect with a thriving community. Marsha Gilford, Vice President Public Affairs for Smith’s Food and Drug Stores, said “Daybreak has a strong sense of community, where people want to enjoy their lives. We bring a good match of quality products, friendly service and exceptional experience overall.”
Smith’s Marketplace will be an upscale experience and provide a one-stop shopping option. In addition to being a full grocery store with a huge natural food selection, shoppers will also enjoy shopping from the selection of toys, clothing, home décor and kitchen accoutrements. For convenience a drive-thru pharmacy and fuel center are also on the property.
For the foodies in the neighborhood, Smith’s will offer a variety of dining and specialty items inside the store including a Starbucks, an Asian hot & cold bar, made-to-order pizza and sandwiches and a Murray’s Cheese Shop.
