During the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, Daybreak welcomed 10,000+ new friends to the neighborhood as they toured homes built by Rainey Homes & Sego Homes. Daybreak offered two unique home entries in the Parade this year, one of which was decked out in furnishing from Magnolia Home and the other with a relaxing rooftop deck.
Rainey Homes
Set on a hillside, in Daybreak’s Heights Park Village, Rainey Homes’ entry into the Parade was nothing short of spectacular. Incorporating panoramic views of Oquirrh Lake and the Wasatch Range—the combination of location, architecture and design turned this home into a Parade favorite. In fact during the Parade’s award ceremony, Rainey Homes was awarded Best of Architecture and Interior Design in its category.
Heather Osmond of Osmond Designs, decorated the home with furnishings from Magnolia Home. And YES! We’re talking about THE Magnolia Home, created by Joanna and Chip Gaines and made famous on HGTV’s Fixer Upper. According to Osmond, “the lake creates this serene outdoorsy feeling that goes so well with Magnolia’s farmhouse style. Daybreak is the perfect location to showcase Magnolia Home.”
If you weren’t able to tour this home during the Parade, you can watch a virtual 3D tour, here. You can also see more Magnolia Home inspiration and décor on Daybreak’s Pinterest board, here.
This particular home has sold, but Rainey Homes would be happy to discuss building your own farmhouse inspired dream home. View the available floor plans in Rainey’s Traditional Collection.
Sego Homes
Sego Homes featured the Cozumel floor plan in the Parade this year. This townhome from the Sky Terrace Collection has a rooftop deck that gives you 360-degree views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. From up there, you can even enjoy the outdoor concerts that take place on the green a couple blocks away. And since Sky Terrace is part of Daybreak’s SoDa Row village center — with its assortment of boutiques and eateries — this is a townhome that comes with an actual town.
During the Parade’s award ceremony, Sego Homes swept the competition winning the following: Best Architecture, Best Landscape, Best Interior Design and Best in Category.
If you were unable to visit this home during the Parade, it is now open as a model home. Sego has also opened a few more brand-new townhome models that you can tour as well. The Sky Terrace townhomes start in the $200s, view the floor plans.
