Alice Lane Home Collection's Lake Loft Inspiration

Last week we made the exciting announcement that we’re partnering with the award-winning interior design firm Alice Lane Home Collection and Destination Homes on Daybreak’s first Lake Loft, which will debut during the 2015 Salt Lake Parade of Homes July 31- August 15.

This week we’re excited to share a special sneak peek at some of the decor elements Alice Lane is currently working on with this mood board from their design studio. See all of the inspiration on our shared Pinterest board with Alice Lane and Destination Homes, here.

According to the team, the lake will be the focal point of the home, with a light color pallet on the bones of the space (walls, flooring, finishes) to keep the space feeling bright and airy, as if you were outside.  They also made sure to plan for an outdoor space with some comfortable furniture and a dining area to be able to enjoy the lake views up close at any time of day.  Overall, the design will keep the space neutral with pops of color that will come through accessories and pillows.
