Money magazine praises South Jordan
Our fair city earned the #18 slot on Money’s 2012 list of Best Places to Live in America. And Daybreak was recognized for having attracted more residents than any other community in the state. It’s a privilege to be creating a great place in such a great place.
Comparing South Jordan to the top ten cities, the level of job growth was much higher than most which is not surprising given that Utah has outpaced the rest of the nation in this area coming out of the recession. South Jordan’s median household income is also a healthy $96,004, almost double the state median of $55,117.
A key factor in the rankings is access to health and recreation amenities. With 22 miles of trails, lots of parks, a state of the art recreation center and a big lake, staying healthy is a big part of the Daybreak lifestyle.
It’s no wonder Daybreak has been the number one selling community of new homes in Utah and best places to live for the past 8 years.
