Brookside Pool, located in Creekside Village, is a zero-entry pool with changing facilities and lifeguards.
Brookside Pool opened in 2015 in our Creekside Village neighborhood and is adjacent to the award-winning Brookside Park. This 15-acre park includes grassy sports fields, basketball and volleyball courts, picnic areas and an expansive playground equipped with a zip line for when the kids are bouncing off the walls.
There are currently five pools in Daybreak that are available for use by the entire community. Our two 55+ neighborhoods, Garden Park Village and SpringHouse Village, have their own aquatic facilities. And just like no two homes are the same in Daybreak, each pool is a bit different. Pools and Daybreak amenities in general are strategically placed around the community to allow more residents to walk or ride their bike.

How to Access Daybreak Amenities
To access amenities, residents need to sign up for a RecDesk account and get an amenity card. This card will provide access to several facilities including pools. You can access registration steps on the Daybreak Community Association website, here.
If you are currently under contract on a new construction home in Daybreak, you are eligible to enjoy Daybreak amenities. See your builder representative for details.
