Here in Daybreak, we’re obsessed with parks. Because being able to walk from home to a park (or two, or three) brings a lot of good things to your everyday. Things like sunshine and flashlight tag. Picnics and pickleball. Green grass, shade trees and fresh air.
Then again, don’t imagine that all Daybreak parks are alike. Far from it. As with all Daybreak amenities, we take pride in making each park unique. Some are more active, others more serene. Some are big community-wide destinations. Others are more of an intimate neighborhood scale. But with each one, we try to lift park to the level of art. Which is why we invited urban abstract artist Bill Louis to add a splash of color to Gambit Park—the brand-new park in Cascade Village.

Get to know Cascade Village
Cascade Village is located in Daybreak’s Upper Villages, wrapping under and along the Watercourse. So depending on where you live in Cascade Village, you’ll be anywhere from several blocks to just across the street from this wonderful, waterful feature. Cascade Village is also planned to have some fun new parks, including an innovative sports park with courts for basketball and street hockey as well as outdoor ping pong and foosball tables. And Cascade Village is surrounded by more good stuff. Living here, you’ll have ready access to trails and a brand new elementary school and a neighborhood swimming pool and sports fields and restaurants and light rail stations and Oquirrh Lake and so much more.
