What do Daybreak’s builder incentives and ready-now homes have in common? You have to get them both before they are gone. Save on ready-now homes. >

What's Happening

Over the last few years active-adult communities, like SpringHouse Village in Daybreak’s Upper Villages have become increasingly popular among retirees because they provide an opportunity to reside near people in the same stage of life, offer a low-maintenance lifestyle and provide a variety of programmed activities to keep residents busy.

On Saturday, February 22, 2020 SpringHouse Village will introduce a new home collection containing 4 distinct floor plans and provide a progress update on the 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. RSVP for this event by calling Julie Israelson at 801.270.6486.

The Spring House

Living in SpringHouse Village means having access to all sorts of residents-only fun. Like the 10,000 sq. ft. private amenity building that will be conveniently located in the heart of the community. The Spring House is designed to portray a modern farmhouse aesthetic, the built materials will be fresh, warm and inviting, mixing a palette of natural woods and stones with soft, light and inviting furnishings making you feel right at home. The clubhouse will offer a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with locker rooms and showers, multipurpose spaces for learning programs, great room with fireplace, kitchen for catering, golf simulator, and game room.

Plus, outdoors you will find a resort-style pool with lap lanes, a heated spa, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and entertaining spaces with a fire pit to enjoy your days until they spawn into fun-filled evening. The Spring House is anticipated to open for residents Summer 2020.

The Watercourse

In addition, to the amenities planned for The Spring House, residents of SpringHouse Village also get to experience Daybreak’s larger network of amenities, parks, a lake, pools and services. For example, adjacent to SpringHouse Village is a network of parks and nature called “The Loop”.

The Loop is a massive park and trail system that runs throughout the Upper Villages, stitching the villages together like a seam on a patchwork quilt. One of the unique features of the Loop is the bike highway system which is a system of trails for runners and cyclists that provides the opportunity to travel long distances on a trail without having to compete with cars on the road which is often dangerous.

Another aspect of this network of parks and nature is The Watercourse. Picture a long, meandering network of channels, cascades and ponds. A mile-long stretch of water that you can paddleboard on in the summer or take long, lovely walks beside any time of year.
