This info-center-meets-community-gathering-space has so much more than Daybreak details (though it has plenty of those.) It has lawn games, an outdoor amphitheater, a treat stand — even a boat house where residents can check out a watercraft.

Connor’s been rockin’ it at Daybreak since January 2024! What gets him buzzing? The awesome community, the fun-filled events, and let’s not forget his superstar partner-in-crime, Kara! With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Utah under his belt, Connor helps share the Daybreak story through social media, the website, and friendly face-to-face chats at the Info Studio. He’s also the numbers guy behind the scenes, keeping track of reports and community data like a pro. Kara Allen knows Daybreak. Not only is she our Info Studio extraordinaire, she lives in Daybreak too. (For 6 years, in fact.) Which makes her extra qualified to tell you all about it. When she’s not walking her dog around the community or jumping on her paddleboard for an evening trip around Oquirrh Lake, she’s happy to answer any questions you may have about the life, homes and happy you’ll find here.
