Swing by Cascade Village to tour a variety of fresh models and move-in ready homes. There are new homes in our new waterside village, Watermark, too. We’ve been busy. Really busy. And we have a lot of new stuff to show for it. The meandering waterways of the Watercourse are filling up as we speak. A massive trail network, The Loop, continues to carve its way throughout the community. The Spoke Bike Park and pump track continue to keep residents’ blood pumping. Two new parks are open in our Upper Villages, with more on the way. (Be on the lookout for Lookout Park along the Watercourse, open now.) And that’s on top of the great stuff that’s already here.
No doubt you’ve heard we’re bringing the Salt Lake Bees to Daybreak. And that’s only the opening pitch. The new baseball stadium will be the centerpiece of a whole new walkable, bikeable, light-rail-connected sports and entertainment district coming to Downtown Daybreak located in South Jordan, Utah. Look for the Downtown Daybreak tent to learn more about what’s sure to be a home run destination.
