Join us in celebrating all that’s new at Daybreak, including 18 new models, a mile-long meandering waterway aptly named The Watercourse and the Cove House, our brand-new waterfront gathering place and info studio. It wouldn’t be a Daybreak party without a ton of fun — here’s what to expect and what to look forward to.
There are many ways to explore all that’s new in the Upper Villages. You could go with the flow, meandering through each place much like The Watercourse meanders through the neighborhood. Or you could bounce back and forth like a ping-pong ball on the Cove House lawn. No matter how you choose to see everything, here’s what there is to see.
Situated along Daybreak’s new mile-long waterway, the Watercourse, is Watermark Village. From townhomes to paired homes, cottages to luxury waterfront residences, there’s something for just about everyone. And with the opening of 18 new model homes, including some featured in the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, you are sure to find the one.
New to the neighborhood is The Watercourse. This winding waterway isn’t just easy on the eyes, it makes life at Daybreak easier (and more enjoyable) too. From dipping your toes in the cool water on a hot day to launching your kayak off shimmering shores, The Watercourse is a one-of-a-kind community destination.
Mere steps from The Watercourse is Daybreak’s newest place to greet, gather and have an all-around good time. Here you can play ping-pong or cornhole, warm up around the fire pit, enjoy an outdoor concert — even borrow a watercraft from its boathouse. The Cove House is also home to the community’s new info studio and our very own treat stand, making it a great place to start the festivities.
Whether you want to meet the Salt Lake Bees mascot or you think touring model homes is as good as it gets (hey, we do too), there will be something for everyone and then some. We’re talking food, crafts, music and more — maybe even some free Daybreak swag. Bring the whole family and have one mighty fine afternoon.
Putt Putt
Challenge your neighbor (or, perhaps, your future neighbor) to 18 holes of putt-putt.
Food Trucks
Work up an appetite? Grab a lunch — and dessert — at one of many delicious food trucks.
Live Music
A live DJ will be spinning tunes for all to enjoy in the model home village paseo.
Outdoor activities
With ping-pong and cornhole, The Cove House just might become your new favorite hangout spot.
Arts & Crafts
Make your own friendship bracelet to give a friend or an origami boat to float down The Watercourse.
Treat Stand
Cool down with a crisp soda and treat yourself to a fresh sugar cookie. Can you guess who the newest tenant in Daybreak is?
