In 2024, the Salt Lake Parade of Homes ran from August 2–17 and showcased nine Daybreak model homes in Watermark Village along the Watercourse. Use this guide to see what made each home special—and plan your visit to current models today.

Why this Parade stop mattered
During the Parade, nine model homes opened their doors in Watermark Village. Visitors could discover how Daybreak’s walkable setting—complete with the Watercourse, parks and neighborhood eateries—frames everyday life.
