SEE WHAT’S HERE

Maybe start with a stroll around our big freshwater lake. Then hit the shops or grab lunch at one of Daybreak’s restaurants. Take a hike on our 50+ mile trail network. Drop by the new county library that also serves as maker space and a fun hangout place. Take a gander at The Spoke, a mile-long bike park woven right into our Upper Villages and featuring a world-class pumptrack. For that matter, just try to guess how many different parks there are here. (Last we counted, it was 42. But we think there may be one or two more by now.)

BIG STUFF COMING SOON

As always, we have a list of wonderful new amenities for residents. A big one is the Watercourse — a meandering series of waterways. An even bigger one is the new ballpark we’re building for the Salt Lake Bees. It’s scheduled to open in April 2025. So, in the coming years, you could ride your bike to a Minor League Baseball game. As we said, this place gets better all the time.

Happy Market, Happy You

Utah has been a solid place to buy a home for a long time. Even during tricky economic times, home values tend to hold up well here. (What can we say: this is just a fabulous place to live.) And with mortgage rates now back to healthy levels, you have an interesting choice in front of you: less of a mortgage payment or more of a home.
