Here at Daybreak, we’ve created a multifaceted response to the coronavirus situation. Daybreak and its homebuilders offer a variety of ways for you to safely continue your search for a new home. And if you find one you love, you can even complete the process of purchasing it. (We just won’t congratulate you with a handshake.)
We have a range of virtual tools that let you shop for, select and buy your next home from the comfort of your current home. Here are the steps.

You can also email them at [email protected]. (And in case you were wondering, they are non-commissioned. So, you know, no pressure.)
TAKE A TOUR
When you find a home that interests you, you’ll see in each listing a handy tool that lets you contact the builder. Just look for “Tell Me More About This Home” and fill out the form. Or you can simply call or text the builder.
Once you’re in touch, you can choose how you’d like to experience the home. Using Skype or Facetime, your builder can take you on a personalized walk-through, answering your questions in real time.
Or if you want to tour the home in person, your builder can schedule an appointment that ensures nobody is in the house but you. (Also, see the sanitation steps we’re taking below.)
MAKE YOUR MOVE
Let’s say you’ve fallen head over heels for a home … now what? Just talk to your builder, who can arrange for contracts and other documents to be reviewed and signed remotely with no physical contact.
Our community information centers and some of our models are currently open by appointment only. We encourage you to schedule an appointment with your builder before you visit to make sure their models are open.
Once you’re in Daybreak, our handy TourDaybreak mobile site will provide GPS driving directions to every model home and quick move-in home in Daybreak. If you like, you can toodle around the community in your car, window-shopping from home to home. And if you discover a home that you’d like to tour or learn more about, you can call or text the builder right from within TourDaybreak.
KEEPING YOU SAFE
At Daybreak we’re using all the sanitation and social distancing methods recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.
Employees are washing their hands frequently and our information centers are well-stocked with soap and paper towels for your use.
High-touch surfaces are being sanitized throughout the day.
All information centers and model homes are receiving enhanced professional cleaning.
We are practicing no-contact interaction and social distancing and are insisting that our visitors do the same.
Staff members experiencing symptoms, even mild ones, will stay home.
