Right off the bat, there are two things you need to know. First, Daybreak lets you choose from literally dozens upon dozens of distinctive home collections and home plans from the Salt Lake Valley’s best homebuilders. Second, our two information centers as well as many of our builders’ sales offices and model homes are open by appointment only. Add those together and you get the reason why we’ve created a smart new pathway to finding your new home in Daybreak.

On our website, every home plan page offers you a couple of ways to contact the builder to get more details. You can submit the “Tell Me More About This Property” form or you can call or text the phone number listed. If you’re looking at one of the model home pages, you’ll also be able to schedule an in-person tour. Nothing can replace experiencing Daybreak and its homes firsthand. Still, we highly encourage you to make an appointment to visit our information centers or tour your favorite homes before you drop by. In fact, because we and our builders are getting so many requests for one-on-one appointments, you may find that we can’t accommodate you if you drop by without an appointment.
