Who’s building
Builder & Partners
- Builder Holmes Homes — fifth‑generation, family‑owned; first builder to join Daybreak in 2004; responsible for about one‑third of Daybreak’s homes by 2011
- Developer Rio Tinto’s Kennecott Utah Copper — donated the homesite and coordinated planning, donations, and volunteers
- Community South Jordan City — supporting logistics alongside the Daybreak team
As with all EM:HE builds, all labor and materials are donated. Holmes Homes leads construction and works with suppliers to donate labor and materials.

Volunteer & Donate
The build runs on people power and community generosity. You can sign up for construction support, hospitality, check‑in, or clean‑up. Local businesses often donate meals, snacks, and building supplies. Gift cards help cover last‑minute needs.
