GET IN WHILE THE GETTIN’S GOOD

First, it’s always a good time to buy a new home in Daybreak. Why? Because we keep adding stuff — like restaurants and trails and places to kayak — that make Daybreak better and better. And better. But today is an especially smart time to buy. Here’s why…

Sweet, Sweet Incentives

It’s not very often you get a special deal on the really good stuff. And this is one of those times. Right now, our homebuilders are offering limited-time incentives on select homes, from money towards upgrades and closing costs to interest rate buydowns. Each of our builders’ offers are as unique as the homes they offer here, so we’ve put together a blog post to help you make heads and tails of it all.

SEE WHAT’S HERE

Maybe start with a stroll around our big freshwater lake. Then hit the shops or grab lunch at one of Daybreak’s restaurants. Take a hike on our 50+ mile trail network. Drop by the new county library that also serves as maker space and a fun hangout place. Take a gander at The Spoke, a mile-long bike park woven right into our Upper Villages and featuring a world-class pumptrack. For that matter, just try to guess how many different parks there are here. (Last we counted, it was 42. But we think there may be one or two more by now.)

BIG STUFF COMING SOON

As always, we have a list of wonderful new amenities taking shape for residents. A big one is the Watercourse — a meandering series of waterways that’s filling up as we speak in our Upper Villages. An even bigger one is the new ballpark we’re building for the Salt Lake Bees. It’s scheduled to break ground later this year. So in the years to come, you could be riding your bike to a Minor League Baseball game. Like we said, this place just gets better all the time.
