Salt Lake County is in the process of exploring the feasibility of a new Salt Lake County Public Library branch in Daybreak, serving the burgeoning corner of southwest Salt Lake County, where real, sustainable growth is happening right now. While still in the feasibility phase, it is proposed the library would be in Daybreak’s South Station neighborhood. The next open house discussion for the library will be February 17, learn more.

South Station Village
Daybreak’s South Station neighborhood has grown incrementally since 2010 when UTA completed the red line for the TRAX system bringing two stations to Daybreak. In 2011, University of Utah Health Care opened a multi-specialty clinic adjacent to the south train station—complete with a 24-hr. emergency room, Moran Eye Care and cancer treatment.
