The Great Big GRAND Opening
The Great Big GRAND opening on August 3rd was a success! We loved seeing so many new and familiar faces as we celebrated the brand-new Cove House and 18 new model homes for everyone to explore in Watermark Village!
These new model homes feel right at home among the scenic beauty of the Watercourse. And they evoke the kind of architectural charm that Daybreak has become known for. Homebuyers will find homes of all kinds, from townhomes to paired homes, cottages to single-family residences — even luxury homes on waterfront homesites, all carefully crafted by five handpicked homebuilders. This Is How We Daybreak
At the grand opening event, there was fun for everyone! We savored delicious food from three food trucks, made colorful friendship bracelets, played miniature golf with one-of-a-kind Daybreak golf balls and captured fun memories in a photo booth celebrating Daybreak’s 20th anniversary.
The little ones loved building their own boats to float in the Watercourse, and the Salt Lake Bees brought extra smiles with a visit from Bumble the Bee. It was a day filled with laughter, creativity, and community spirit!
The Cove House + Swig!
Have you heard the news? The Cove House amenity has a brand-new Swig! This surprise was announced on August 3rd at the Great Big Grand Opening event.
Did someone order “The Daybreaker”? You heard correctly; we have our very own signature Daybreak drink at Swig! The Daybreaker consists of a Fresca base with lemonade, peach, raspberry, fresh lemon and topped with coconut cream. This mouthwatering drink will have you craving the Daybreak swig every chance you get! The Daybreaker is only sold at the Cove House Swig location.
*Beginning Monday, August 19th the Cove House + Swig will close temporarily to accommodate the completion of construction. During this time, the pavilion and corresponding green space will not be available to residents. The amenity is anticipated to open again in Fall 2024 and will include the addition of ping-pong tables, cornhole sets and a new boathouse for watercraft check-out.
