It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Join us as we celebrate (with proper social distancing, of course) all things fresh and lovely. Sun and shade. Winding trails and wide-open spaces. Long walks next to the lake. And fresh-made homes with some of the freshest indoor-outdoor living we’ve ever seen.
Drop by anytime Better yet, make an appointment
For obvious reasons, our Sunshine Home Tour will be a little different from our previous celebrations. You’re welcome to come out on a whim to see the sights and tour the homes. But understand that some model homes will be open by appointment only and all model homes will be limiting the number of visitors at any one time. So here’s what we recommend …
Start with virtual
As you’re looking through our new model homes (see below), you can take a virtual tour of most home plans right here on the website.
Make an appointment online
When you’ve found the homes you really want to see, schedule an appointment for a tour with the builder(s) of your choice.
Call for a one-on-one
Our builders are taking very careful steps, keeping homes sanitized and limiting the number of visitors to four or five at any one time. But if you prefer a one-on-one tour, just call your builder for a private appointment and remember to bring a mask.
6 homes that model the outdoorsy lifestyle
Tour our six newest model homes and imagine living near trails, next to Oquirrh Lake, on the Island in the middle of Oquirrh Lake, or across from the soon-to-be Watercourse canal network.
Rooftop decks, Oquirrh Lake just outside your front door, the new Beach Club just down the trail, and a view that stretches across the lake and up to the Wasatch Range. These are some of the most scintillating townhomes in Daybreak history.
Occupying some of the last lakeside homesites of Lake Village, these homes offer a rare opportunity to have a custom-fitted home with classic architecture next to a lake. Did we say rare? We meant one-of-a-kind.
These all-new single-family designs from David Weekley bring the park up close and the price into the realm of possibility. A short walk from a charming park with swings, picnic tables and an outdoor chalkboard.
If you’ve visited Daybreak, you may have seen a home like this. And if you saw it, you probably remember it. A big, beautiful farmhouse in classic white. What’s different about this one? It’s right across the street from the future Watercourse.
The Sky Terrace townhomes have won many awards for design. Elegant and urban from the outside, spacious and inviting on the inside. And very tall. So take the private elevator up to the rooftop deck and enjoy a view of the lake … and the sky.
