DAY 100774 POH LandingPG M1-1

Where the Parade becomes a parade.

Yes, Daybreak is the Parade’s only cluster site. Which means seven different Parade homes to tour — from single family to town homes and from traditional to urban sleek. But in Daybreak, the Parade of Homes becomes the Parade of All Kinds of Stuff to Do and See. Here are some ideas:

•  Go to the Brookside Home Gallery and discover four Parade homes (as well as 15 other model homes) … and some of the newest thinking in eco design, home automation and outdoor living.

•  Walk to Brookside Park and spread a picnic blanket next to a little brook that flows into Oquirrh Lake.

•  Head to SoDa Row village center, where you can stroll to several tasty restaurants and two more Parade Homes, including the all-new Garden Park Condominiums and the Parkway Series Town Homes.

•  Walk a little further to Daybreak’s beautifully maturing Eastlake Village and tour one of our most elegant Parade homes.

•  Load up the bike rack before you come out, and enjoy a Parade of Pedaling. Take in the homes, parks, shops, restaurants, schools, lake and the new platforms for the soon-to-begin TRAX light rail service. Daybreak’s trail system makes it safe and fun for the whole family. Come make a day of it!
