Daybreak now comes with a smooth, stress-free commute.

Light rail service to Daybreak was always more than a dream; it was a promise. But now that it’s actually running (like clockwork, we might add) it feels like a dream come true. Suddenly, there’s a smart, new way to get from Daybreak to destinations all over the Salt Lake Valley. It sure beats dealing with traffic, insurance premiums and an extra car payment.

People who work in downtown Salt Lake or, say, at the University of Utah Medical Center will love using it everyday. It not only gets you efficiently to and from the office, it gives you back a little slice of time that you can spend reading the paper or chatting with a fellow rider rather than watching out for the guy who never learned to use his turn signal. But TRAX light rail is a great way to get around the Valley even if you’re not a commuter. Imagine, for example, walking from your home to South Station and being whisked right to EnergySolutions Arena for a concert or a Jazz game. No parking needed.

Then there are the long-term benefits. As America has become reacquainted with the advantages of mass transit, homes that are near light rail stations have often seen their values increase. It’s not too surprising when you consider that it’s almost like having another car in the garage.
